yesterday as I flipped my mom's old cookbook... I found a dessert that looks good and easy to make... so I checked on my mom's foods stock and yes... all the ingredients were there except cornflour and fresh milk... So I asked  my dad to buy them and he was happily helping me out .. "YeaY!! Thanx Ayah".... And I started doing my first attempt of TriStripe... which is the original recipe is coffee, vanilla and Chocolate Stripe... but I don't like coffee... so my mom suggested strawberry sauce.. since we got some strawberry that we bought during our vacay at Cameron Highlands... Yeay i think it would be GRRRRRREEEEEEAAAATTT!!

Here is the recipe

CHOC STRIPE


1/2 cup castor sugar
2 tbsp of cornflour                                              
300 ml fresh milk
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp choc powder
2 tbsp unsalted butter

- in a sauce pot mix all this ingredients together
- bring to boil and do not forget to stir
- over a medium heat... add in the egg yolk and continue whisking gradually till boiled
- remove fr heat and stir in butter and choc powder
- stir stir stir till smooth

VANILLA STRIPE



1/2 cup castor sugar
2 tbsp of cornflour
300 ml fresh milk
1 egg yolk
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp unsalted butter



- in a sauce pot mix all this ingredients together
- bring to boil and do not forget to stir
- over a medium heat... add in the egg yolk and continue whisking gradually till boiled
- remove fr heat and stir in butter and vanilla essence
- stir stir stir till smooth again..

STRAWBERRY SAUCE


A handfull of strawberry (each of cut into 4)
4 tbsp castor sugar
juice of 1/2 lemon/lime
1/2 water
2 tbsp cornstarch

- let them simmer in medium heat till strawberry soft and the sauce gets thicken

let them slightly cool.... place them in a glass or dessert bowl... and refridge the till it really cool then serve with whipped cream... YUUMMMM!!!

Cuti Chinese New Year

Yo.. Bloggyyy...
today, Jyah nk citer pasal cuti hari tu.. The whole family gi, kite mule-mule gi cameron pastu gi ipoh pastu singgah taiping pastu malam tu tidor kt rumah makcik kt kulim.. total 4 hari 3 malam.. bestlah jugak..

Kite gi Cameron sebab ayah ade interview, sebenarnye nk gi Ipoh je.. Pastu singgah lah kt Kulim..  ok, mule-mule kt Cameron.. kite sampai Cameron je dah check-in kt hotel dah.. Hotel tu ok lah.. tpi my little brother, Arief ade allergy sikit kt cold weather and dust.. kalau kt cold weather, dye gatal.. Jyah sikit-sikit je, sebab Jyah dah di"cure".. kite tidor situ satu hari je.. Pastu ade mystery.. pagi esokkan hari tu, arief nk makan ubat dye, pastu ubat tu macam kene potong banyak-banyak.. mama investigate sorang-sorang siape potong.. tpi de orang yg buat.. pastu kite org semua x bawak gunting.. so, x de lah org gunting, tpi siape lah gunting ubat tu ?? Pastu nape lah gunting ubat, lawak sgt..

Kt Ipoh pulak, kite org x pernah gi Ipoh, jalan ke mane pun x tahu.. so, mama dah siap-siap tanye kengkawan mama ade ape best kt Ipoh.. Pastu, kt situ, Jyah jadi macam navigator ayah.. Jyah control GPS..

Pastu, kadang-kadang terbabas, GPS tu tunjuk jalan lain pulak.. Sampai terpusing-pusing pergi nye.. Kite cari hotel macam-macam.. ade yg takut nk duk situ lah.. ade yg harga sampai RM300++ lah.. cam tu lah.. Sampai    bateri phone habis.. it's up to kite lah.. Pastu, kite jumpa satu hotel bernama Hotel Bajet Ipoh.. kite duk situ.. Pastu, bile last hari kt Ipoh.. nk mandi.. bukak paip, X DE AIR !!! ape lagi ayah dengan mama marah lah.. satu hotel marah..

                                                                                              pastu, hotel tu bagi ayah RM10 je.. ish ish ish.. 

                                                                                    Pasar Karat, Memory Lane..

Kt Taiping pulak, kite sambil lalu je, nk naik Gunung Maxwell.. tpi tiket habis..lain kali lah.. pastu, kite gi straight ke Kulim.. Opss lupe kite singgah TESCO Kulim.. sebab makcik x de kt rumah lagi..  pastu, baru kite gi rumah makcik Jyah.. duk Kulim tu x de gi mne-mne pun.. x de langsung !! cume duk rumah je.. kite pun balik esoknye..

My New School

You will not believe what I just had this week in school !!!



 Sekolah baru Jyah dekat SM Kubang Kerian 1.. Ni first time Jyah sekolah kebangsaan.. So, tak biasa lah jugak. Hihihi.. For the truth, Jyah tak suke sangat sekolah tu.. Tpi mama cakap jangan complain, sebab baru je masuk.. So, Jyah sabar je lah.. Nak je tukar balik sekolah Chung Cheng..

                                                GERAMNYAAAAA !!! Sabar !!!


Mama cakap jangan complain, so, Jyah x boleh lah cakap kenape Jyah x suke.. Sebenarnye, Jyah pun tak tahu kenape Jyah tak suke sangat sekolah tu.. Sebab cikgu dye, toilet dye, canteen dye, no friends, and much more kut.. By The Way, Jyah dah tahu kenape Jyah tak suke sekolah tu.. Sebab selalunye, mase hari khamis Jyah tak lah happy sangat nak weekend tu.. Tpi, sekarang macam duk tak sabar je nak weekend.. Pastu, sabtu tu macam malas je nak get ready for school..

And mase nak gi sekolah rase macam malas je.. Tak ade semangat pun.. Well, maybe a little.. Dulu rase macam best je nak gi sekolah tu, tpi ade lah sikit-sikit rase malas tpi tak lah macam nie.. Well, what to do.. OK, now for the positive side about that school.. BTW, Jyah masuk kelas pertama.. Kelas ADIL.. hahaha...budak-budak kat situ friendly lah jugak.. Pastu, ex-neighbour Jyah ade kat kelas Jyah.. Mula-mula dye tak kenal Jyah.. Pastu, cikgu tanye Jyah datang dari sekolah mane baru dye tahu.. Tpi, dye lelaki.. Awwwweee !!!

Dah lah tu.. penat lah lepas kan geram nie..

Tukar sekolah kali ke-8 !!! ( sambungan )

Hi..
Semalam last day Jyah sekolah kat Chung Cheng, and the last day Jyah sekolah cina. Rasa macam Jyah will miss that school very much lah. Banyak kenangan kat sekolah tu, tapi dah banyak kali dah Jyah pindah sekolah, ni ke-8. Sekolah tak rasa macam ni pulak.
                                                                        Rasanye sebab dah besar. 

Pastu, semalam guru kelas Jyah suruh Jyah collect semua kerja kursus, markah PLBS, and so on..
Selalunye guru kelas yang kene buat semua tu, tpi sebab cikgu tu cikgu baru. So, Jyah kene lah turun naik office, bilik guru, kelas lain lah.. Pening pulak tu. Sempat lah duk kat kelas belajar jap, sempat lah belajar KH, Agama, Math..

Pastu, bilik agama punye langsir sempat lah tolong pasangkan.. So, adelah bekas tangan Jyah, tpi satu je.. hahaha..





Pastu geram lah jugak kat guru kelas, to tell the truth, memang penat lah semalam naik turun tangga, lari sana lari sini.. Agaknye orang pun pelik tengok Jyah ke sana ke sini..

Malunye... Hihihi.. Lari pun macam ape.. Pastu sorang-sorang pulak tu.. Aaaaahhhhh..






Kerani kat office tu pun tengok Jyah kesian je. Pastu mase tu duk buat macam budak muke baik je. Hihi.. Padahal muke dah penat, letih and tired, dan perkataan yang sama erti denganye..

Dahlah tu last day Jyah kat sekolah tu. Tak boleh relaks pulak. Huhuhu.. Tapi sempat lah salam-salaman and cakap bye-bye.. Tpi in touch kat Facebook, and boleh SMS and calling-calling lagi.. Boleh jumpa kat mne-mne ke, kan ?? Jadi tak lah sad sangat.. Tapi ade sad sikit..

  

Tpi ade yang tak tahu yang tu last day Jyah.. Jyah ingat dye dah tau, tpi rupa-rupanye tak tau..

Pastu, hari ni Jyah tak pergi sekolah. WOHOOO. Sebab buku teks dah pulangkan kat sekolah Chung Cheng pastu, JPN belum lulus lagi.. Esok masuk sekolah baru lah.. Yeay.. Esok mama hantar Jyah macam budak darjah 1 tu.. Tak tau lagi masuk kelas ape.. Tpi, mama cakap kelas pertama and kedua sekolah pagi. Pastu, kelas ketiga and so on, sekolah petang.. So, memang tak tau kelas ape..

Pastu tengah malu jugak sekarang ni.. Agaknye macam mne lah sekolah baru tu.. Nanti jumpa tak toilet ??


Jangan fikirkan tu sangat lah..
Lagi satu nak cakap, hari ni Jyah start demam lah pulak.. AAAAAaaaaaa !!!!!! Nak makan panadol lagi..

Rumah terbakarrrr ??!!??

Hari ni, mama masak ayam steam..
sambil tunggu ayam tu steam, mama pergi lah sidai kain jap..
pastu mama terlupa, Jyah pun x tahu mama tgh masak,
tiba-tiba ade bau hangit..
bau tu datang dari dapur..

Then, my brother, Arief, scream to call my mom..
Pastu, mama suruh Jyah tutup dapur..
Jyah pun lari ke dapur, and x tahu camne nk tutup dapur..
Jyah tengah panic sambil ckp "cam mne ni, what to do, what to do ??!!?? "

Tukar sekolah kali ke-8 !!!

Hi, blogyy..
Start minggu depan Jyah sekolah melayu..
First time sekolah melayu..
Tinggal ambik surat pemindahan ngan projek tingkatan 1 Jyah je..
Pastu boleh lah pindah..
Camne lah sekolah baru tu..
Malu jugak nk masuk sekolah baru tu, sebab minggu ke-2 baru masuk sekolah..



sebab kalau masuk first day of school tu, boleh lah jugak..
Harap-harap it's gonna be fine..



And the teachers are good and nice and friendly..
